My name is Christopher-Marc Gordon. As a therapist and scientist, I am dedicated to stress and pain relief and sustainable performance enhancement. In my private practice for stress and pain management, I have encountered two questions over and over again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWhat can I do for myself and my health concerns?”
\u201eHow can I as a therapist treat my patients more efficiently and sustainably?”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In response to these questions, I have developed the evidence-based Interdisciplinary Fascia Therapy (IFT\u00ae). This involves stimulating the muscle-fascia system and autonomic nervous system in manual and instrumental treatments. In order to make the elements of IFT\u00ae accessible to different groups of people, various products as well as seminar and training formats have been developed. Always with the same goal of reaching longlasting effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
